In order to provide a higher quality of Campus life to Lingnan students, it is proposed to set up a consignment store on the campus. Consignment store was transformed from flea markets. In the store, there are only few shopkeepers. Many small size, transparent boxes were set inside the store for people to rent. Tenants could sell any type of products. Besides, it is a place for renters to display the artworks. The idea of consignment store was first appear and became popular in Japan. After that, the idea was developed in Taiwan, Macau and also Hong Kong around 2000. According to the fact, the first Hong Kong consignment store was established in Central. For sellers, first and foremost, it could reduce the operating cost as the rental fee for one translucent box is much lower. The monthly rental fee is ranged from 200 to 500 Hong Kong dollars. Second, any types of products could be allowed to sell in the store. Different types of consumers would be attracted to shop. As a result, the targets of potential buyers could be enlarged by the diversification of products. Lastly, it could be more flexible for renters to sign the contract. It is allowed to quit the market freely when failed in the operation. It could lower the risk of operating own business. At the beginning, it could be easier for our committee members to recognize that the one who share or comment is Lingnan students. It is aimed that the problems or troublesome shared could be solved internally. It could make sure that students would not be attacked viciously from other people through Internet. Besides, sharing through the board rely less on electronic devices. It is undoubted that students depended too much on smartphone.
