With regards to the recent tragic murder of our good detectives Mr. Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson that I, Julius Calvin Peterson the Third, am so deeply saddened to hear about; I have been investigating this case for the past few days, and have come to a conclusion that I am sure many of you can see as the truth. My proposition is that, due to the compelling evidence against him, I am almost completely certain, that it was William Kovacs, whom is responsible for the death of our beloved detectives. My argument is that this is due to the bad blood he shared with Mr. Holmes and Dr. Watson, his criminal history and career as a hired hitman, and the evidence found at the scene of the crime, which links him to a recent transaction he made; and the description fits him perfectly. I will now explain my premise. As we all know, Mr. Kovacs was a hired hitman and was once notoriously hired by Marvin Hipps to keep the competition from entering the London underground. His criminal past however, is not the only reason as to why my suspicion is focused mainly on Mr. Kovacs. While it is true that I was not always fond of Mr. Holmes and Dr. Watson, I would never commit such acts of uncivilized violence. It is true that one time I was heard saying that “if Holmes and his lapdog were out of the picture, I would be able to get me some real political power.”, however, I was intoxicated at the time that I made those comments, and even still, I did not mean having them killed, but rather put a stop to their careers as detectives. On the night of the murders, I was listening to the president’s speech; I honestly do not know why I cannot recall the details of the speech, but I am known to drink a lot so maybe that is
