Comparing Martin Luther King Jr. And Malala Yousafzai

There are many servant leaders in this world , but there were only two that really stuck out to me. Those two people would be Martin Luther King Jr. and Malala Yousafzai. The reason they stuck out to me is because they both fought for what they believed in no matter the consequences They both have so many qualities that make them amazing servant leaders. A few of them that I will be talking about is empathy, awareness and commitment to the growth of people. These three qualities really do tell you the type of people they are. She was trying to prove a point, just like martin was trying to get equal rights. The last quality would be commitment to the growth of people This is a big quality with any of the servant leaders but mostly martin and malala because they both wanted to see a change in things and in the people. Martin wanted to see growth in everyone being equal. malala wanted to see the growth in women being able to get an education. To see all women bettering their life, doing what they wanted without being told they can't do anything. That they're limited to what they know and what they do. To be a servant leader you have to have certain qualities. Not only have the qualities but actually have a meaning behind what you're doing or saying. You have to be fighting for something that you feel very strongly about. Try to make this world better in anyway you can. Martin and malala both have all the qualities to be a servant leader and they both had meanings behind what they were fighting for. They both felt very strongly about what they were fighting for as well and wanted this world too be better and everyone one to be
