Is there even a difference between High School and College lacrosse? That is a question a lot of players tend to ask, but one not a lot seem to know. Although they are the same sport, College and High school largely vary in the way they condition, and how the run practices. Comparatively, the two different levels often tend to deviate in size. Additionally, High School often has trouble finding opponents compared to College lacrosse. Although both levels may play the same sport, the two levels of lacrosse tend to differentiate in many ways. This mainly affects the High school level. Consequently, teams are often left with not much help at the lower levels. Often times teams struggle with getting players interested and wanting to come out and try the sport. In many situations, teams are left without enough players to have depth off the sidelines to have a successful team. In contrast, College teams have a much greater mass when it comes to the size of the team. At the College level, coaches and school representatives are allowed to go out and recruit. Teams can go out of state, stay in the state, or even go out of the country to find the best players to make their team the best it can be.
