The Irreversible Purpose of Communion On a Sunday, usually at the end of the service, Christians come together to celebrate the sacrament of Communion or the Lord’s Supper. Communion traditions vary on a large scale from how it served (by ushers or self-served), the selection of the food components (bread: crackers or bread crumbs, fruit of the vine: welches grape juice or wine), how many times it is observed in a month (once a month or every week), place or location (at church only or anywhere), the examination process before the intake (cooperate or private prayer), and so much more. However, the purpose of Communion is irreversible, given by our Lord Jesus Christ.
