In today’s Christian worldview there are many essential basics. God is the biggest element because he is the reason why there is a Christian worldview. Humanity and Jesus was created for God’s use. God used Jesus to restore humanity since the fall of humanity many people had turned against GOD. In my essay I hope to explain the importance of each essential component is to the Christian worldview and what I believe when it comes to the Christian worldview.

When you talk about God you cannot help talk about the magnificent things about him. God is loving, compassionate, and kind to everyone. His love goes to everyone equally. He will forgive our sins. He is the most powerful being that we can think of because he created the entire universe

One benefit is knowing that after you die that life does not stop at death, but there is an after life. So by Christians know that there is an after life they do not fear death because they know they will be in heaven with God. Another benefit to Christian’s belief is that we can be forgiven of our sins. Christian ethics for forgiveness is a very important foundation (Fiala, 2012). In order for God to forgive Christians, Christians will have to forgive others. When Christian forgives this mean that they let go of grudges and do not define their lives how they have been hurt (Jarman, 2011). Sometimes this can be hard for christuans to understand how can they forgive somonone that has wronged them no matter what they have done. But christanty influnces peoples behavior when they are ready to forgive. They also want to do it because it pleases god and they want to please him. This is the undcondtional love that god shows them and want them to pass on that love to other people.
Reflection
As a Christian I am still growing in my faith. I still do not understand things. And I still seek answers from God. But I pray to him. I try to live a Christian walk as much as I can. When someone wrongs me I forgive him or her even though sometimes it can be a tough to do. But I know that this is what God wants me to do. I make God part of my life from the little things to the big things. I know because God is powerful there is nothing that he cannot handle. I hope by following god that I will be with him someday. This gives me great joy and makes me want to serve him.

The Christian faith focuses on the orientation of the human heart behind human thoughts and actions. Living by faith is a beautiful alternative to the way people think of themselves and the way they live in relation to others in their daily lives (Merrick, 2014). Christians see themselves in terms of God’s profound love for them but not in terms of what they do. The teachings of the Christian faith; nonviolence, non-retaliation, inward integrity, selflessness, and love your neighbor as yourself provide the framework for ethical thinking. Although, adopting belief in Christianity can bring forth confusion in the heart and mind causing agony of learning to sacrifice one’s rightful claims for personal justice for the restoration of another (Merrick, 2014). Unconditional forgiveness is difficult to understand because spiritual forgiveness and actual costly forgiveness is viewed as the same in the gospel. If you do not forgive, then one does not have faith in God’s forgiveness as it really is. Christianity influences a person thinking and behavior developing wisdom which requires faith. The faith that is needed to reorient the heart away from selfishness to selflessness.
The strengths of the Christian worldview is that no one has to worry about not being accepted by God. God loves all people which is why His son, Jesus Christ, died for the sins of the world not just believers. Another strength is that because God is a forgiving Lord, Christians will still have a relationship with Him even if they fall off the path of God. The weakness of the Christian faith is that it is just that, having faith in something you cannot see. Christians must hold the Bible as true and know that God is always with us even when it doesn’t feel like it. God works in mysterious ways. Christianity influences a person’s behavior because a Christian would be more aware of their actions to live a life like Jesus. A Christian may also be more prone to helping others because we are taught in the Bible to love everyone and be selfless. This contradicts someone who is an atheist being that their good works are for nothing since they do not believe in any sort of higher
This paper is written to discuss the many different ideas that have been discussed over the first half of Theology 104. This class went over many topics which gave me a much better understanding of Christianity, Jesus, and the Bible. I will be addressing two topics of which I feel are very important to Christianity. What is a worldview? A worldview is an idea or thought that manifest in our brain but is originated from how we perceive and feel towards events that happen during our life. The opinions we express outwardly in action disseminates to others with whom we surround ourselves with, and vise versa. Collectively we take in worldviews and judge them to our own view, and settle on a conscious agreement to what we hold to be truth.

"The purpose of developing a Christian view of the world is not merely to evaluate and judge the world, but to change it," (Boa, 2004). Having a Christian worldview is hard enough in American but add in the entire world and it can be a little trickier. Thinking Christianly has a major impact on how someone would do business overseas, in a global economy. When it comes to a Christian worldview in a global economy there are numerous issues that can come up. Different countries and cultures have different things that they deem acceptable; however, when you are looking at it from a Christian standpoint you may have to handle things in a different manner. Just because something is acceptable or legal in the world does not make it acceptable to someone with a Christian worldview. John 17:17 says that, "The word is truth," so when one is looking for direction and guidance in any aspect of business he will always know that the word of God is truth that he can turn to.
