The author of Flowers of Algernon shows the development of the narrator Charlie throughout the story. The story presents many issues in which we see the character, Charlie’s, progress throughout his journal entries.
We see Charlie's transformation from being mentally disabled person to becoming the most intelligent man. The story progress as a journal entry tracking Charlie's progress during the experiment.
