Awakening or Chaos Political order indicates taking steps as well as arranging organizations that allow and empower states and government to make societies stable and keep harmony and order, and avoid chaos. Chaos and political disorder can be found anywhere. It is apparent that political order is built and restored by all people, with or without our intention. A state and its system are strictly linked and come together, and they are set together in order to create and establish 'social and political order'. In other words, being successful in establishing political order and polices affects the nation's strength as well as people's satisfaction and happiness. However, throughout history, the order and systems of the states have been greatly influenced by major events that some of them are considered as the events which changed history. One of the most important events in history is the origin of Enlightenment thoughts because it not only affected the period of its existence, but today's world as well. Even though Enlightenment thoughts brought chaos to the traditional world, it is what improved effectiveness of the old and traditional style of governments. The years between seventeenth and eighteenth centuries was the period of intellectual and international movement that appeared in Europe. Enlightenment, or the age of reason was one of the most important event throughout history that its influences have lasted for centuries and it is what shaped almost today's systems and lifestyle. Enlightenment ideas reached its peak in the French Revolution, and it destroyed the old social order and political hierarchy, and the enlightenment ideals took over the traditional order and reshaped it. However, what eventually and unexpectedly exterminated the Enlightenment, was the consequence of the French Revolution. The people who were influenced by the enlightenment thought started the revolution with best intents and the hope of applying 'representative assemblies. However, their aim was undermined and lead to violence and chaos, therefore, numerous people named and referred the Enlightenment as the subject of provoke the collapse of rules and standards as the core factor of insecurity and disorder. Also, the violence was an apparent evidence to show that the majority of people cannot be relied on to rule and govern themselves.
