INTRODUCTION Change, change, change—we’re all for change. We want to see him change, her change, their change. We want to see the organization change. We want to see everyone else change. Yes, we’re all for change as long as we don't have to change, but it is a fact of life; we all are changing every day. Every year, millions of people try to change their lives. Many want to get fitter or lose weight. Some would like to improve their relationships with loved ones, quit bad habits or start healthy ones. Others are keen to change jobs, learn new skills or improve their financial situations. More than a few wish they could socialize more become more self-confident or is happier. And the good news is: I can change my life.
