Working on drivers’ behavior from school gives good results and makes students aware of the risk they could face because of recklessness during driving. One of the aims of education is to ensure the safety of people generally. These educational campaigns aim at teaching drivers to limit cell phone chats or calls; and stop it totally when the traffic is heavy. Though aggressive speedy drivers are observed to less likely text or call while driving, they are still under the risk of their rash driving. If they reminded of the impact of driving disqualification, they could think over it. This could also lead to losing their business and jobs. Employers do not trust those drivers. The study shows that US has issued many successive bills banning using cell phones while driving. However, mobile use while driving is increasing significantly. They found out that the inventions and developments of more chat aids- for example What’s App., Viber, Line- makes using cell phones while driving is difficult to quit. Therefore, there should be alternative technology aids that do not make using cell phones risky while driving. The study mentions that, throughout long periods, many bills- concerning restricting this dangerous culture- were issued and failed. Recently, there are new technologies that could help drivers; for example drivers can use Ear Bluetooth or hand-set free if they are expecting to use the cell phone on the road. Traffic officers check over this, too. A lot of research found that most drivers use GPS on their cell phones which are disruptive if they suddenly get an important call. Therefore, using a hand’s free unit like a Bluetooth ear piece or headset helps a driver to talk while driving, however these cannot function if a driver needs to
