“Do you believe that you life has already been determined?” Everyone has a beginning and an end in their lives, but everything in the middle is your choice. Wrong. Your entire life has already been determined. All of the events that occur in your life are a result of cause and effect. When something happens to you it will affect your life somehow whether the outcome is good or bad. If you smoke you could get cancer, the cause; you smoke the effect; a disease. I believe in God, and after being raised in the church, I have read and come to know that he has a plan. If there wasn’t a plan how would this life go on? The choices and way you were raised when you are younger can affect how you live your life when you get older. As a child your life has already been laid out for you. The parents who you are going to take care of you can easily persuaded your decisions and actions. If you commit a crime in your youth it can prevent you from doing certain things when you are older. You may not be allowed to apply for certain jobs, be able to leave the country or participate in volunteer work. This is a basic way we use cause and effect. From events that are happening now and events that have already happened we have predicted different scenarios. If the future/life has not already been determined then why are people so worried about the earth and global warming, or even wars. Since there have been wars in the past some people predict that there will be another one in the far future, about resources that are becoming less and less. Without our lives being predetermined then many things would not happen. Everyone would constantly have to think on their feet because there next move is unknown and could cause something major to happen. Our lives not being predetermined could also cause more people to die sooner. They could go into situations unprepared and be killed, when our lives are planned it does not give us the right way to life but it does indeed make more sense. The reason is because everyone is faced with decisions and since our life is a matter of cause and effect the decisions that we make have already been determined, based on events that have already happened to
