1. Is this enough information to determine whether she has panic disorder? While a n excellent clinician will need more information to determine the etiology, treatment, and implications of the disorder. It is safe to consider that she is suffering from panic attacks. It is safe to said, because there is a pattern or recurrence and not an isolated incident.
• If it is, does she have the disorder? Again since she is coming to us as clinicians with a diagnosis; and we know that there recurrence, one can consider safe to start treating this patient with this initial diagnosis. However, there should be several sessions of therapy, lab test, and reviewing her health’s history before, one can prescribe any medication.’

Of course to start a full treatment, which possible will include medications, one needs to know, if she developed behavioral changes such as being isolated or having trouble to enjoy their hobbies. Moreover, one should know about her symptoms during the attacks. For instance is important to know, I she has racing heart, chill, sweating, feeling dizzy or week, tingling or numbing sensations. More importantly is to know is she endures sense of terror, and is afraid of being in danger without a valid reason.
Now suppose that Fiona starts missing Monday classes because of panic attacks on those days. She also stops going to parties on weekends because she had a couple of panic attacks at parties and feels that she lost control over her actions. .
