There are also a number of non-allowable weaknesses that each team member has that cannot be allowed in order for the team to function correctly. For each team role there is an opposite side, to get the best from the team which team role should have their opposite also in the team to fully complement the team. In conducting the test to determine the team role that suits you best you select from a pair of activities or qualities that best suit you and if both could apply you, select the one that best fits your personality. My classical profile pattern was determined to be Perfectionist. That detailed that I overuse processes that have worked in the past and that under pressure I become tactful and diplomatic. After a self –perception test I was determined to have the team role of a team worker. This entailed that I am co-operative, mild, perceptive and diplomatic. It also detailed that I was indecisive in crunch situations and avoid situations which may entail pressure. Based on the results of both the DISC profiling and determining my team role I would concur and agree with both the findings of the tests, I believe it does match my personality and they fit me best. I also find added weight to the results since both results have comparisons and similarities with each other. Therefore I believe my role in an agile team would be one of a team worker I would provide support for the other members of my team.
