This year Aldinville Primary, which is fourth school was joined to the project. Learners like to study through apps. The apps cause more mistakes of learners. It can encourage experimentation with the content and it is a change of lesson format. During the project MRP Foundation also help teachers. There are training sessions to improve the teachers’ technological skills and knowledge. Learners’ satisfaction and results of the project are shown through interviews and surveys. Teachers say that the apps were a studying tool and that learners used numbers and phonics more confidently. Insightful results in independent test show good academic results. Results show improved scores. Other impact is that absenteeism rates decrease. Absenteeism was a big issuses in schools in rural area. A new hurdle was created for the schools, as the number of learners increases; the classrooms become more crowed.
