“Don’t say it's disgusting. Don’t say it’s disgusting” is what I think when I’m presented with foods I don’t like. We all face the challenge of keeping our inner thoughts to ourselves, and some of us are better than others. Poet Carolyn Kizer presents this idea in her poem “Bitch”.
