Identify practices, tactics and strategies to increase the number of visitors to websites and acquire a high-ranking placement in the search results pages of search engines. This role involves developing content to include phrases or keywords so as to gain traffic to websites.

You will commence your permanent full-time employment with CHN Media on the 23rd day of April, 2018.
2. You must successfully complete a probationary period of three (3) months and at any time throughout the Probationary Period, as and where acceptable by law, the Employer will have the right to terminate employment without any recompense or notice to the Employee excluding remunerations owed for already completed hours of work.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Employee Compensation
1. For the services rendered by you as required by this Agreement and the compensation will comprise a remuneration at the rate of $30.00 AUD.
2. You will get paid every week while this Contract is in force. CHN Media is entitled to subtract from your Compensation or from any added compensation in any form, whatever related deductions and remittances as required by law.
Superannuation
If you qualify under the applicable regulation or under a reward, CHN Media will make a payment as required by regulation or fairly related award into a complying superannuation fund or retirement savings account. CHN Media will be making such contributions at least once each quarter.

Your prime workplace will be at the following location:

CHN Media agrees to employ you as a SEO Specialist for 38 hours per week. You will be expected to perform the duties as below:
1. Execute tests, gather and investigate information and results identify insights and trends to reach maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
2. Track, report, and examine website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
3. Manage expenses of campaigns by staying on a budget, estimating monthly costs and merging inconsistencies
4. Optimize copy and landing pages for SEM (search engine marketing)
5. Perform constant keyword detection, growth and optimization
6. Improve and implement link building strategy
7. Research and implement SEO recommendations
8. Research and examine competitor publicizing links
9. Function with the development crew to confirm search engine optimization best practices are appropriately applied on newly established code
10. Work with marketing and editorial teams to drive SEO in content formation and content
Cecelia will accept the this form of payment if it is done by September 10th.
