I personally think that it is good to break traditional gender roles. I also think both genders should be able to do the same job as the other gender. You should break gender roles whenever necessary or its needed. To begin with, I think it's good to break gender roles because if you are a single parent you should be able to cook, clean, and cut the grass no matter what your gender is. I think that if you are not single parents both the mother and father should be able to bring money into the house. If you are a single parent and you don't know how to be able to work like a man and think like a woman you won't be able to provide for your child.
