Bill Gates is the co-founder of the Microsoft Company. Microsoft company is a largely world renowned company today. The company headquarters is located in Redmond, Washington. It is a technology company which manufactures, sells equipment like computers, computer software etc. It also provides computer services to the world too. Microsoft Company proudly holds the authority for developing Microsoft Windows, Skype, Xbox and the Internet Explorer etc. Azure, Bing, LinkedIn, MSDN, Office 365, OneDrive, Outlook.com, Xbox, Live are some of the services that Microsoft Company provides. He was not character who was used to waste money. He had studied the works of two personals and he donated some of his Microsoft stock in 1994. This donation lead to the creation of “William H Gates Foundation”. Among the people who had inspired Bill Gates David Rockefeller holds a great position in his heart. He was the person he looked upto in order to provide a helping hand to the world. Bill Gates and his wife combined three family foundations in 2000 and created the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. As to the world statics this charity foundation is the world’s wealthiest charitable foundation. They have assets worth of $34.6 Billion. A unique characteristic of this company is that it allows the benefactors of the foundation to access information on how the money is being spent etc. As mentioned above Rockefeller was a great inspirational for Bill Gates. Gates had visited Rockefeller couple of time with his father. Bill Gates follows Rockefeller family’s philanthropic ideas. The global issues that are not looked into by the government and the other organizations are looked by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. This foundation looks into matter that fall into these categories. They are as follows, Global Development Division, Global Health Division, United States Division, and Global Policy and Advocacy Division.
