C. Rationale- While the “old snack” did have a whole fruit included, however, it did not state what type of crackers were using, or the portion size. I substitute it for 2 oz. of fat-free plain yogurt that contains, Calcium, Potassium, Sodium, Copper, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Selenium and Zinc; it also contains, Vitamin A, B12, C, Folate and Choline. In addition, I added ½ cup of blueberries that contain, Calcium, Potassium, Sodium, Copper, Magnesium, and Phosphorus; In addition to, Vitamin C and K, Folate, and Choline. By replacing

Moreover, it includes, Vitamin E, Vitamin B6, Folate, Niacin, and Choline. In addition, celery sticks contain, Calcium, Potassium, Sodium, Copper, Magnesium, and Phosphorus; Furthermore, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate, and Choline. By replacing it, it contributes to the balance of the week’s snack choices.
