I have the enthusiasm of art that inspired me to develop more professional knowledge, these experiences motive me to become an arts manager in the future. I could use these professional skills that I learned in George Mason University, to help more artists keep creating productions of art, and encourage young people take part in these different forms of art, such as performing art, visual art. More specially, I love the traditional art, so I want to attract new generation to participate in the Chinese traditional culture and art, and appreciate these are the valuable and precious.

This internship that relate to my field, that is useful to combine the knowledge and practice I have learned in class to make up for the deficiency of theoretical knowledge, and gain more beneficial experiences for the work. In life, this internship also can help me meet more native people, and gather more American culture. That could be better for me to involve in the local life. In the professional section, I can learn how to plan the whole activity, and know how to make a schedule and process of the activity. Also, I could learn how to promote the community and market the activity to customer, and know how to contract with the artists. Furthermore, I can gain more leadership and cooperation with other colleagues, and deal with the relationship between artists, customers, managers, and co-workers. This internship is a good way to use the knowledge that I learned from class and transition the information to practice.
