The advancement of globalization in technology, improvement in strategies, and the ongoing manpower has transformed the understanding of how people viewed the Army, as a profession of arms. Today we see the Army as a profession because it provides services in order to defend the people of the United State of America and their fellows Soldiers. The Army is not a profession because of what people see or talk, is because it is well cultured and entails the ethical values that is being respected by the public. Army comprised of experts, volunteer, who is certified in the profession of arms, bond with other Soldiers with same identity and share identical cultural values in order to protect the national and the constitution. It is vital to understand, in order to elaborate on the important of the Human Resources Sergeant in the profession of arms, we must first define a profession. The profession of arms and HR Sergeant important role in the profession of arms. For a job to be classified as a profession, it needs to have certain attributes and standards that includes; ethical code, values and also to be committed to the job. Practically, anyone can possess a job, work early to work, concentrate on the job and completes the task, but does not mean it constitutes a profession. Anyone who is part or belong to a profession needs to dedicate and be loyalty for what the profession stands
