Today we see the Army as a profession because it provides services in order to defend the people of the United State of America and their fellows Soldiers. The Army is not a profession because of what people see or talk, is because it is well cultured and entails the ethical values that is being respected by the public. Army comprised of experts, volunteer, who is certified in the profession of arms, bond with other Soldiers with same identity and share identical cultural values in order to protect the national and the constitution. This paper will first examine the Army’s history, development and structure to highlight the origins of the Army’s culture. Secondly, a brief history of the Army’s organizational development will be followed by a close examination of its philosophy and supporting beliefs. Lastly, this paper will discuss the role of the Army’s leadership, their response to critical issues and the organizational structure of the Army. An analysis of the army’s top leaders will help the reader to understand the Army culture more thoroughly in the context of the Army’s organizational structure. More specifically this section of the paper will examine the Army leadership’s response to the current geo-political environment and other related issues. In conclusion, this paper hopes to highlight the Army’s overall functioning from an organizational standpoint and emphasize that idea that the Army is like a functional corporation. This will be accomplished by addressing various key questions throughout this text.

Living in the United States has not always been safe. In every city, there is always someone getting robbed, jumped, beat up shot, stabbed, getting their car stolen. With conditions like these wouldn’t you want a gun to protect yourself from all these horrible things? Well in the United States, our second amendment is your right to bear arms, it simply states that no matter what the circumstance is, we can have a gun. But the US government has had bans on certain guns, only because they want more money, you have to pay to take certain courses and classes you have to pass in order to take your gun outside of your house and use it for protection. That, is going against the constitution.

A concealed carry is the practice of carrying a concealed firearm on one's person in public. many people believe that concealed carry's should be allowed because they allow people to prevent crimes in the act without need for anyone else. Concealed carry's also allow people to protect themselves from home burglaries or animal attacks. Concealed carry should be permitted in the United States because it allows people to deter crimes and protect themselves from animals and other humans.
