Code of Ethics Design An organization’s code of ethics is a plan that creates an action for projected expectations. Among the leaders and individuals a certain order through the code of ethics along with the mission statement conducts the straight away. Leaders are encouraged to be sensitive towards their moral obligation among the organization (Chekwa et al., 2014). Even though not every organization has devised a code of ethics design, any unethical practices will need to be addressed by the organization and a plan of repair will need to be supported by the leaders and individuals. The code of ethics can be perceived as a moral directive, which can in turn attain prideful outcomes (Fritz et al., 2013). The mission statement is a support tool to be used for an organization as a boost within the community and public. Achievement is a goal for an organization. An organization communicates through their policies, code of ethics, and mission statements. An organizations influence helps to create and assist in the functioning among the leaders, individuals, and the organizational culture (Verbos et al., 2007). The purpose of an organization’s code of ethics is similar; as explained throughout, but referencing differences would be in the phrasing of the codes within the organization’s desire for uniqueness. Comparing the list above with the written code of ethics for the Association of American Educators, (2016), their ethical code section extends to the students, to the professionals of their associated organizations, and parents. The ethics provide expectations of the practice for the educational profession and the ethical stance for performing with utmost integrity. As for the National Association of Social Workers, (2016), their organizational code embraces services provided for a clientele which includes social integrity, justice, human relation, and personal importance.
