San Francisco is an amazing city surrounded by water and is known for its great beauty. The geography of San Francisco is what also makes it extra special. San Francisco’s latitude is 37° 46’ N and longitude is 122° 30’ W. It is also in the Northern Hemisphere. In San Francisco the Annual Temperature Range is 22°F. The Annual Temperature Range is subtracting the month with the highest average maximum high temperature with the month with the lowest average minimum low temperature. I solved the equation by subtracting 66°F with 44°F and that is how I received annual temperature range 22°F. The Annual Temperature Range is what the degrees in between the lowest and highest temperatures or the difference of the highest and lowest temperature. The month with the highest average maximum high temperature is September at 66°F. The month with the lowest average minimum low temperature is January at 44°F. The hottest month in San Francisco is indeed September with an average monthly temperature of 59.9°F while the coldest month in San Francisco is January with an average monthly temperature of 50.9°F. San Francisco has mild temperature yearly and there is no intense heat or cold weather.
