“Who are you to judge the life I live? I know I'm not perfect and I don't live to be but before you start pointing fingers make sure your hands are clean!”
-Bob Marley
• What Bob Marley really means is that before you judge a person who did something wrong try to think first. Do not pretend that you are a clean person that don’t do anything wrong to the others, Nobody’s perfect in this world.
“Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them; that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.”
-Lao Tzu
• Nothing stay forever, everything has changed. Do not expect too much to the people, the less you expect, the less disappointed you will be when they leave you or when they don’t need you. Move on.!

Like in the story of Snail and the Rabbit, The Snail finish the race because of his perseverance and his mindset to be win. Never give up to your dreams, Set a goal and Go for
The theme “to finish is to win” is shown many times throughout this story. One example of this theme is in the second paragraph of this story where it states “...She woke up at 5:30 am every morning in order to swim for an hour before her high school classes began. During track season, she trained with long-distance runners. ...logging a weekly average of 200 miles on her bike and running between thirty-five and fifty miles a week.” This quote shows how much time and effort Greta put into training so she could complete this Ironman race. For Greta, her goal was to be able to complete the race, not to win it. She is and should be more focused on completing her own goals than being faster than someone else.
a quote “ If you can’t change your fate , change your attitude” which is how today
“I have lived every day of my life asking myself ‘is what I’m doing reflective of who I am? Or who I want to be?’ If not...”
“Remain true to yourself, but move ever upward toward greater consciousness and greater love! At the summit you will find yourselves united with all those who, from every direction, have made the same ascent. For everything that rises must converge.”
Steve Jobs is trying to say that you should live every day like it is your last. He knew his life had value to him and his family. He felt like life was worth living even though once in a while a hard choice would come along to toughen his life. Making a choice is very hard, but when making a choice it should be one that you will not regret later in life. Making choices is one of the hardest things in life so you must see all the good and all the bad to the outcome of your options. Live everyday like it is your last. Ebert says that life is a very precious thing. Hamlet wants to die, but him not knowing what is on the other side scares so he decides to live. Even though Ebert had to get surgery, he got through it and learned to still live his life with no regrets.
“ In order to live with direction and an understanding of what is going on around you, one must understand and know what goes on inside himself.” - William Page
“The world we see that seems so insane is the result of a belief system that is not working. To perceive the world differently, we must be willing to change our belief system, let the past slip away, expand our sense of now, and dissolve the fear in our minds”
“Unlike a drop of water which loses its identity when it joins the ocean, man does not lose his being in the society in which he lives. Man's life is independent. He is born not for the development of the society alone, but for the development of his self.”

"Let us face ourselves bravely as we are. For only a philosophy that recognizes reality can lead us into true happiness, and only that kind of philosophy is sound and healthy" (Freedom's Nest).
‘To learn new ways and new habits, to live with more uncertainty, but more trust, less control, but more creativity.’
“Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets, so love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don't, and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.”
...e around him positively.” (History, 2014). The world would be a much better place if Bob Marley's messages were followed by everyone.
This is my favorite quote because it helps to guide us into making sure that we do not try to focus on the mundane but focus on the specific moments in life that people should be focusing on. Also, I personally like this quote because, to me, it shows that we should not try to make moments happen, but we should let them happen, as it would be more
"You must constantly ask yourself these questions: Who am I around? What are they doing to me? What have they got me reading? What have they got me saying? Where do they have me going? What do they have me thinking? And most important, what do they have me becoming? Then ask yourself the big question: Is that okay? Your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change.”
