Methodology and findings This study explores the observation of worth that the student and supervisor experienced while viewing the animated movie on YouTube. Pointing out their opinion of what they think about the movie. And rating the quality of the movie from 1 to 5. The data was received from the participant after they had observed the movie. The story takes place in Africa and from it we can get a lot of information about the life, the tradition and the history of the African tribes. The animation is 2d (traditional hand drawn) and computer animation (2d in after effects), while in some backgrounds there is the use of 3d animation. The art style is based on the African culture and the colors that exist in the nature (like earth colors). The design of the characters, their clothes, hats, their belongings all of them are mirrored from the real life of these tribes. Also the flat space which is used as the base of the visual development of the film (for both characters and backgrounds), is visible by the lack of perspective, the parallel movement of the objects in comparison to the camera movement and by the use of similar (earth) colors and …show more content…

There are several leitmotifs occurring in the film (e.g. the song that is heard when the sorceress opens the door of the temple).
