Good morning ladies and gentlemen of the jury, our names are Tiffany Ngo, Elizabeth Guzman, Danica Adorador, Diana Vasquez, Bobby Williams, Amber Perry, and Kierra Taylor, and we are the prosecutors in this case. On October 31, 2016, 9:37 A.M., Mr. Krabs was found dead in the Krusty Krab. Spongebob Squarepants walked into the Krusty Krab with the intent of killing Eugene Harold Krabs. This case is about a sponge who could not control his anger, and took unneccessary measures to get his way. The prosecution will call 3 witnesses to the stand. First we would like to call up the Sandy Cheeks who will testify that Spongebob was very upset that day at Mr. Krabs, and that he desperately needed money for his house. Second, we would like to call up Krab’s blood on it because Mr. Krabs had cut his finger earlier in the week and took it home, but never got to it. Mr. Krab’s cut was very small, so why was there blood on the spatula if the cut was small? This is pretty solid proof SpongeBob is the killer. Evidence #1 explains there was a spatula found next to Mr. Krab’s body. #12 states when investigating SpongeBob’s house, there was a spatula with traces of Mr. Krab’s blood on it, and it had SpongeBob’s and Mr. Krab’s fingerprints on the handle. #9 says the coroner found a very small cut on Mr. Krab’s finger, and concluded it happened several weeks before Mr. Krab’s death. SpongeBob was angry at Mr. Krabs because he reused to give him a raise. Patrick also said that SpongeBob told him Krab’s would pay for not giving him that raise. Also, why would SpongeBob take the spatula home and wash it there when he could have easily left it at the Krusty Krab and wash it when he started work? This evidence points to Spongebob furious at Mr. Krabs, capable to prove he is We claim that Spongebob’s footprints were found around the blood and body of Mr. Krabs. His footprints were imprinted in the grease of the kitchen but none of his footprints were found on the blood of Mr. Krabs to prove he wasn’t guilty. Evidence #5 states Spongebob’s footprints were all on the greasy floor but nowhere found in Mr. Krabs’s blood. Evidence #4 states the floor was mostly covered in grease and the blood of Mr. Krabs. The statement in evidence #5 clearly explains Spongebob didn’t want his footprints in Mr. Krabs blood puddle so he wouldn’t get caught. The other peoples’ or customers footprints must be from hours or days before Mr. Krabs death. This also leads to proof that the blood would cover up his tracks on the grease. Evidence #4 may show proof that Mr. Krabs fought back with Spongebob when Spongebob tried assaulting him with a spatula. This caused the grease to spill all over the floor, that Spongebob walked on. All of this reasoning and evidence proves Spongebob is
