Does Hamlet actually trust the Judgement of the actors who will be in the play that he is hosting? Reference Lines (3.2.17-37)
Hamlet had to trust their judgement even with the perimeters he has set forth for the actors to follow. Hamlet can't control every aspect of the play otherwise it would be to powerful and fail as a message showing Claudius that he knows that he was the one who had in fact killed his father. Hamlet hinting towards his knowledge is subtle and it can't be taken as harshly and directly by the king which may just save him from some sort of punishment.
