The history of construction is as old as man kind. It started from construction of shelter to now a days greatest engineering achievments like Millau Viaduct France, Burj Khalifa Dubai. It is a very cost effective way to reduce lightning energy consumption using motion sensors, time of the day scheduling, occupancy detection, mood sensors and light level sensing. Lighitng can be turned on/off automatically with the help of motion and occupancy detectors which detect the presence of a human being and thus taking advantage of saving electricity with almost no human effort. Almost all multi storey buildings, hospitals, shopping malls are centrally air conditioned. Sensors are installed which detect amount of humidity, temperatute outside and inside the building and then work accordinglly to provoide comfort. Most of the air handlers installed within a building use some external air to keep building's air healthy because health maintainance is also essential. The amount of air is also adjusted by detecting the occupancy level within the building. This HVAC system is basically based on time of the day, temperature, humidity, pressure and occupancy of people in it. There are diffetent kinds of glass available that change their shade according to the time of the day and hence lead to almost 30% reduction in solar heat
