Saudi Arabia
The Saudi Arabian flag is a very cool flag to know about. The color green means the belief in the color green being the favorite color of
Prophet Muhammad and his daughter. The green also represent relation to paradise. The sword on the bottom of the Saudi Arabian means to have strength in military action and in prowess. The shahada also is on the flag which meanings ("There is no god but God and Muhammad is the messenger of God").
The Saudi Arabian flag is also never flown on half-staff.
History
Saudi Arabia is located in the Middle East. Saudi Arabia is
(slightly more than one-fifth the size of the US). The borderland countries that surround Saudi Arabia are (Iraq
814 km, Jordan 744 km, Kuwait 222 km, Oman 676 km,
Qatar 60 km, UAE 457 km, Yemen 1,458 km). The natural resources in Saudi Arabia are petroleum, natural gas, iron ore, gold, and copper. The biggest recourse for Saudi
Arabia is there oil they sell to other countries around the world because of this there a very wealthy country. (Saudi Arabia is also the largest
Arab state in western Asia). The capital of Saudi Arabia is Riyadh.
Government
The first sign of human live was in the year off 15,000 and 20,000 years ago. The Nile
River and Mesopotamia was the way in which the Arabians started to work with other countries for the first time. Saudi Arabia along with other countries was carved out a region that has been under the British military and naval protection from the 1830s onwards. they could use. As a tradition guest are given hot coffee and dates as a symbol of hospitality. They also eat with their hands for some food which is a part of their religion. Drinking tea is also famous in
Saudi Arabia its casual between friends, family, and strangers. Kabsa is the most traditional dish in
Saudi Arabia. Kabsa is made out of chicken or meat, onions, tomato, cooking oil, rice, salt, spices, and water.
