There was too much time spent away from his family and he wanted to get back trying to spend all the time he can with them. While he was out being a family man he still donated a lot of his time to train the local police department, on how to be effective in combat training and to approach situations the best way. What also adds to the realism of this book to reality of the situations he went through there was a good amount of vulgar written in this book. A lot of people think its shallow minded to put a good amount of swearing in any type of writing. For someone like myself who served in the military, like him, swearing is an everyday thing. Training is an essential aspect of becoming a Marine and being able to do this, so, Ian Tyson arrived at bootcamp, where there was utter chaos and confusion. No one knew what was happening or why, the drill sergeants looked like monsters, and every individual became nothing but a number, a part of the crowd.
American Sniper is the movie that I chose to analyze because it is full of moral and ethical decisions that have to be made. The movie starts off with a boy at school that has to go pull a bully off of his little brother and he ends up beating the bully up so bad that blood is all over his face. The boys name is Chris Kyle. The film then skips forward to when he is in his twenties and is riding a bronco at the rodeo since that is his passion. He then decides to join the Navy and become a SEAL after he feels like his purpose was to serve his country. He gets deployed to Iraq and the mental part is hard on him especially when he has to shoot a women and a kid when he sees them trying to throw a grenade at a group of Marines. He tries to help

In Liam O'Flaherty's "The Sniper," all of these. are brought to an acute reality in a single war-torn city. Strong cerebral convictions and opposing philosophies, due to which people want to destroy the seemingly “wrong” plague this world and are the ones who are the ones who are the main reason for the plight. To aid in his creation of such emotional conflict, turmoil and plight, the author has portrayed the sniper as a very controversial character in the story. This story is oriented around one character in the Civil War which he should not even be in as he is. mentioned to be a “student” in the story.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is not something to think lightly of, and affects several people in society, not just soldiers. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, or PTSD, is best known as a mental health condition that many soldiers experience after the war, but it’s a problem that stretches far beyond the military. PTSD affects 5%-10% of all men and 7%-14% of all women in this country(Charles, PTSD). In Chris Kyle’s autobiography American Sniper he touches on many subjects involving PTSD, and talks about the challenge of being a good father, husband, and soldier while stationed overseas. The first paragraph starts his story and how he grew up to be one of the top snipers in the world. Although this is an amazing memoir, nothing is perfect. The first half of the book has the reader glued to the pages learning about Wasdin's life, but towards the end of the memoir the stories tend to get repetitive.
In the movie, Chris Taylor is a young man from a wealthy family, but while in college, chooses to help his country and do his duty in the Vietnam War. He is sent to Vietnam gets put in the 25th Infantry Division. Chris first has some rough times while over there. He gets bitten by ants while traveling through the jungle, and gets blamed for falling asleep while he was on watch. The North Vietnamese tried and were unsuccessful at ambushing them. However, it was not Chris’s fault (It was a soldier named Junior who fell asleep). Chris starts to miss home after some of these events happen. After being put on light duty, he gets mixed up in what some of the other soldiers were doing to deal with their depression - drugs and alcohol. He also meets some nice people such as King and Big Harold in the process.

There is no definite solution for mass shootings but there are precautions the United States can take to try to overcome the overwhelming number of mass shootings occurring. Gun Control is a major topic in the debate of how we can keep our society safer but how is what remains a mystery but we can start with altering the second amendment, and having stronger gun laws and background checks.
In “The Sniper” the conflict is man vs man, which means main character is tasked with killing his enemy, but it proves to be quite a challenge. Even though there were many challenges the sniper followed through with his job and persevered even after he was shot in the arm. Wanting to kill his enemy, stay alive, and be one step closer to ending the war was his main goals. Being brave, he took off his hat, placed it on his gun, and raised it above the edge of the roof. Instantly the enemy shot at it and the sniper, pretending to be dead, waited until the enemy got up for him to shoot him. He did some quick thinking and, with determination, handled the conflict quite well.
I am reaching what kind of tiring snipers go through. I will try to get most of my information from google. So most of the snipers go through acutely all snipers go through a school to learn how to be a good sniper in the field. They have to learn how to overcome the elements of the world like wind, air temperature, and gravity. But they have to be good at marksmanship, observation, and stalking.
