Alexander the Great is a villain because he killed many people and he destroyed other cultures.

Alexander the Great is a villain because he killed many people. He was labelled as a villain because he killed tons of innocent people that didn’t deserve it. According to A hero’s hero- alexander and achilles, “Here was a man, who walked in flesh and blood, a man who went on to conquer the whole world before he was thirty-two”(1). One of the cultures Alexander The Great destroyed was the Persians. According to the BBC news, “Persians also condemn him for the widespread destruction he is thought to have encouraged to cultural and religious sites throughout the empire.”(8). This proves that alexander is a villain because it states that he is the one who encouraged the destruction of cultural and religious sites. All Persians saw him as a demon and despised his work .
