Constitution is body of principles by which a state or organization is governed, especially in relation to the rights of the people it . Constitution is classified into written and unwritten, flexible and rigid or federal and unitary etc. Therefore, some bodies of constitutional law have single documents and bring up written constitutions. Bodies of written constitutions were selected by the people at a particular period in history and other bodies of principles made in different sources and brings up un-codified or unwritten constitutions such as UK constitution. In the same way, most of the constitutions are not traditional written, it is defined unwritten, but not all the constitutions were unwritten . However, unwritten constitution has an advantages. In addition, this essay will consider unwritten and flexible UK constitution and advantages of this country’s unwritten constitution. Also, that time, evolution of the UK constitution started. Moreover, the UK does not have codified constitution which is a single document in particular countries have such as USA, France and others. The written USA constitution was made in 1789 and it was followed by France . So that UK has unwritten constitution which is no single document, but this country’s constitutional rule located in some sources such as Parliament Act, Case law, Inter alia and other political parties . Otherwise, the UK constitution has been added by Parliament Act . It means that England has own legal system and analysis. Therefore, Parliament Act has included the UK constitution, judicial decisions, developing constitutional conventions and other political parties
