Introduction Acme fireworks have been operating as a sole proprietorship for two years, selling fireworks, and putting on ground displays and large aerial display fireworks. Initially, the business was operating as a sole proprietorship, but based on future business engagements, its operations will increase tremendously. As such, the current ownership model is not feasible, and there will be need to expand more workers and the scope of the operations.
