Abraham Lincoln was a great leader a long time ago. He will be remembered to this day. According to History.com, Abraham Lincoln was born on February 12, 1809, Hodgenville, KY. He was assassinated on April 15, 1865, Petersen house, Washington, DC. He was a self-taught lawyer, and he was the 16th President of the United states. He was married to Mary Todd Lincoln. Abraham Lincoln is a great leader because he was smart, a good public speaker, and he was very independent.

So, he grew up all alone with no one to care for him, and he grew up being a very independent person because he had to care for himself. So, he invented a way to fix this sticky situation. He first inflated the air chambers at the bottom of the boat so, when the boat got stuck it could simply rise up over the object that it was stuck on.
