A plan of the activities and equipment needed to move exotic species according to current legislation and welfare codes.
Plan for a Whites Tree Frog:
You will need to make sure you think about the transportation time and route, so whether it will need any food or water for long journeys and any other basic needs the animal has e.g. temperature and humidity control. If it’s a shorter distance and time for travelling then the temperature and humidity might not be as important because it won’t have much of an impact for a shorter time. You must make sure you abide by the legislations of transporting that animal and all the requirements have been met.

Taking food and water with you is a good idea for when you arrive to give to the bird. Setting up the vehicle and any navigational assistance is best to be done before leaving for the fair. You should also make sure you have your driving licence and someone accompanying you with a licence too so just in case you are unable to drive there is someone else available to at hand. Make sure you have called the fair to make sure they’re ready for the arrival of the frogs. You might need to take any forms of legislation or labelling if needed. You should put the bird cage on the back seat with the seatbelt around the cage to make sure the cage doesn’t move around so much as it being in the boot.
3. Once you have arrived at the fair, giving the animal something to eat and drink is something to be done to make sure the animal’s needs are catered to. You should also do visual and physical checks to make sure the bird is not injured from the journey.
