Prior to beginning school at Texas A&M, and being a dentist by profession, I dedicated the last two years in a teaching hospital educating a young, budding pool of students. This has helped me improve my understanding of, and performance in the health care and awareness sector. While I was tutoring and mentoring future dentists, I was also involved in organizing rural camps for dental health checkups and treatments. This experience of mine opened up my eyes to how grossly neglected Healthcare can be, even in rapidly developing nations like India.
