Why The 80’s Is The Best Decade Remember that time that rock was in style? Everyone wore fanny packs, mullets were in style, and the Breakfast Club was a hit movie. Well then you are probably right if you were thinking the 80’s era. “Today, the '80s are thought of as a time full of frosted blue eyeshadow, bright neon clothes, and huge hair.” The decade 1980, is by far the most cherished decade for their popular colourful clothing, songs and movies that are still watched and listened to today, and legendary video games that are still everyone's favourite. From time travelling in a delorean to searching for pirate one eyed willie's treasure with your best friends. Movies in the 80s wasn't just creative it was very inspiring for people in that time and even some people today. There were many classic movies in the 80’s some of them are Rocky, Back to The Future, The Breakfast club, ET, The Goonies, Top gun, Weird Science, Indiana jones and a lot more! Not to mention, other than the movies the 80s also had very popular television shows. Flipping channel by channel seeing tons of amazing shows to watch. Some examples of tv shows that were a hit in this time was The Wonder Years, Alf, Family Ties, Full House, Miami Vice and the simpsons. Many families would enjoy spending time with each other watching all these classic movies and tv shows that were funnier than ever! Music in the 80s was something that will never be forgotten. Music in the 80s was filled with legends such as Chuck Berry, Pat Benatar, Bon Jovi, Huey lewis and the gang, Cyndi Lauper and many more fantastic artist. These artist made some hit songs that people couldn't stop singing along to some of these songs are Girls Just Want To Have Fun, Every Breath You Take, Eye Of The Tiger, Don't You Forget About Me, its My Life and a variety of more songs. 80s songs will never be forgotten for classics that all wonderful artist
