India being one of the largest populated country in the world, has been centre of the environmental pollution issue, To begin with India has became independent in 1947, and started progressing like other nations, Industry revolution started way back in 1952, when first government was formed, they have initiated industry process, however, government has a myopic attitude towards the environmental issues and its impact on future, As we have progressed into new generation where modernization and technology played a key role in making issue worse. The intractable pressure on India, to grow along with other developing nations has forced government to make policies which are industrial friendly and there are set of guidelines given by the government to ensure protection of the environment, however, using a policies loop holes industries started ignoring the guidelines.
To have more insightful view of the emissions which are causing pollution and impact on environment, in order, understand this we need to have understand different types of emissions.
Different Types of Emissions
Domestic Emissions
Industrial Emissions
Technology Emissions
Fuel combustion Emissions
Other Emissions
Domestic Emissions and its impact on environment:
India’s 70% of the population resides in a rural areas, where they use charcoal, wood and agricultural wastes and its residual because of incomplete combustion of this materials, which is used for cooking and other purposes, are causing huge impact on the environment, which generation of carbon monoxide from the incomplete combustion of the charcoal is main factor causing Green House Effect which indeed, impacting the other factors of environment.

Fuel combustion and Its emissions In complete, fuel combustion has a huge effect on the environment , release of huge carbon gaseous into the environment has its impact on the many and henceforth, government has initiated new plans, and one was giving tax breaks for producing eco-friendly cars like REVA. Its is mostly used in London this days.
Other Emissions
Emissions from natural calamities like, volcano which is causing some disruption in the environment and has an impact on the world. Government has done anything so far.
Conclusion IT is peoples responsibility to protect our environment and make our future generation secure.

In an era of rising technology and increasing population, demands on the environment are continually being pushed to new levels. As a result, it becomes important for us to expand our knowledge about the environment and take appropriate actions to protect this element of most importance to human existence. One component of our environment experiencing some of the greatest abuse due to humans is the air. Air pollution has been on the rise ever since the beginning of industrialization. The climbing number of factories and use of cars worldwide are the major culprits of this environmental hazard. There are various gases released into the air that can be considered air pollutants, but one of the most prevalent and dangerous to the environment is carbon dioxide (CO2). Up to 95% of the CO2 produced is the result of natural processes (Burnett & Matthews Jr., 1998). The rest is a direct result of human activity, primarily through the burning of fossil fuels in the production of energy
A prevalent issue in today's society is the use of fossil fuels and the release of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. Transportation, deforestation, and technology are all factors associated to climate change. This issue is significant to me due to the fact that I was born and raised in California, and the recent drought in California can be linked to global warming. Every day an excess of CO2 is released, the world is drastically changing. However, there are steps that the public can take to counter the devastation these changes will cause.
The problem of car pollution is that it affects not only our environment, but it
In order to justify the government reaction, the necessary data has been taken for clarity, and tangible control for the effect of emission on the environment is also
Many hazardous pollutants escape from the internal combustion of the engine. Conventional gas powered vehicles use irreplaceable fossil fuels to run. When burned, these fossil fuels create numerous toxins like carbon dioxide (Larminie 246). Carbon dioxide is considered the main greenhouse gas that creates the foundation for global warming (hybridcars.com, pollutants). This harmful pollutant may not have a serious effect on people at first, but it does have consequential effects on the environment that in turn put people in danger (Nutramed.com). The major consequence caused by global warming is the rise in average temperature. This results in a domino...
Until 10 years ago, air pollution was thought to be just an urban or local problem until it was discovered that the pollutants could move across continents and oceans. Air pollution is the fundamental factor that causes greenhouse gases, hence climate change and global warming. Air pollutants are the waste products generated from industrial and other processes. They usually come in gases, though aerosols (particles suspended in air, emitted as or formed by transformatio...
Pollution is affecting many individuals and life, as we know it. We need to do something about how it’s affecting our world. That’s why I urge the issue that more people should realize that pollution is an issue that needs to be prevented because of its negative consequences. Which are health affects, the total destruction of environments, and the death of animals and plants. More awareness must be brought up amongst the people and they must realize the long-term benefits it has for the world.
From the 1900’s, the Industrial Revolution saw the large-scale use of fossil fuels for industrial activities. Therefore, they created many jobs for the people. And many people moved from rural areas to cities, making the excessive cutting down of trees so as to create an area for settlement and area of construction of industries. Natural resources are being used extensively for construction, industries, transport, and consumption. All this has contributed to the rises of greenhouse gases such as methane and nitrous oxide in the atmosphere. Where as the industries operated by man and the vehicles used imply the use of fossil fuels. And the burning of fossil fuels causes the production of these harmful gases that lead to the depletion of the ozone layer. As the ozone layer is depleted the increase of global temperature known as global warming.
...al combustion vehicle emissions. Sustainable practices, technology, collaborations are producing a new breed of vehicles aiming for a greener future for the world. These efficient vehicles seek to forge a green future.
The protection of the environment however has just recently become the major issue that it is in today’s society. People worldwide have slowly begun to realize and become aware of the blatant destruction and deterioration of the environment and ozone. As well as the consequences and side affects, that we, as a society have created. The majority of people are just becoming aware of the frightening reality of the situation. As society becomes more informed on the issue of the environment, they too become more impatient, and feel that in the snap of fingers, the damage can be reversed and future damage can be stopped instantaneously.
Air Pollution is when a poisonous or a harmful substance is released in the air. There are many form of pollution but air is one of them, it only occurs when dust, harmful gases or smoke enters into the atmosphere and makes it hard for species like plants, animals and humans to live in a difficult situation because of the dirty air.Air Pollution is classified in two sections, invisible air pollution and visible air pollution.. Hence any substance that makes it difficult for the living things that need the atmosphere is air pollution.Humans have been undergoing air pollution ever since the industrial revolution. In order to understand the causes of Air pollution, it is divided into divisions. Primary air pollutants and secondary air pollutants:
Every other day a new industries are being set up, new vehicles on roads and trees are being cut to make way for new homes. All of them, indirect way lead to increase in CO2 leads to melting of polar ice caps which increase the sea level and pose danger for the people living near coastal areas. Pollution can have an impact in our health not only affects people with impaired respiratory system such as asthmatics, but very healthy adults and children too. Exposure to pollution for 6 to 7 hours, even at relatively low concentrations, reduces lung function and induces respiratory inflammation and, healthy people during periods of moderate
There is a lot more awareness of air pollution in the world today than any other as a lot of it is visible. Air pollution can be thought of any substance that people introduce into the atmosphere that has damaging effects on living things and the environment (National Geographic). Carbon dioxide released into the air breaking down the ozone layer slowly warming the earth, I’m sure you’ve heard this before but it’s the process known as global warming. These green house gases come from the fumes of cars, factories and peoples homes every second that passes. The activities of the people on earth have raised the temperature of the planet to higher than it has ever been in the last 150 years. (National
We all belong to the same world and all of us have the same responsibilities towards the world and its environment. This fact might be hard to digest, but if we continue to pollute the Earth at the current rate, all of the world’s ocean waters will become one-hundred-thirty percent acidic. This means that the ocean will be unable to sustain most of its marine life and only a few creatures will be able to survive in the water. A big population of people think that they do not or have few responsibilities towards the environment. People think that the governor of a country should take steps to help the environment. They leave it to scientists since they have the technology to prevent pollution, or that is what most people think. There are more responsibilities to the world each individual has than most of realize. The amount of negligence and ignorance of humans towards the Earth is taking a heavy toll.
Many people assume that the environment is not in danger. They believe that as technology advances, we do not need to worry about renewing natural resources, recycling, and finding new ways to produce energy. They state that one person in the world does not make a large difference. In reality, each individual's contribution greatly affects our environment. Our natural resources are slowly disappearing, and we must work together to save them and the Earth from ruin.
