Introduction

1.1 Background Of The Study

Behavior of extrovert and introvert students are all linked together and contribute to an individual’s he or she to performance in college. Wells (2000) found that what individuals think about themselves has a profound result on their social and performance. People who have social anxiety normally assert more negative feelings than positive feelings about themselves. For example, when lecturer ask somebody for volunteered to answer a question some student might know the right answer but afraid and shy to give the answer even though they know, lecturer won’t punish them. This negative belief may cause one to avoid social relations, hence turning oneself to introversion, and positive thoughts may turn a person toward extraversion (Leary & K...
