South Africa is situated at the southern tip of Africa which is the 25th largest country in the world that comprises of 53 million people in the country. It is a multiethnic society which comprises of variety of cultures, religions and languages. In terms of religion, there are 1.5 percent of the whole population are Muslims in South Africa which makes them the minority of the community.
Islam has grown in numbers through three phases which are involuntary migration of slaves, political prisoners and political exiles from Africa and Asia such as Indonesian started from mid 1800s to 1952., the arrivals of Indian workers in 1874 to 1911 and the post apartheid part where the wave of African Muslims to the borders of Africa.
One of the characteristics of the Muslim community in South Africa is in terms of Madhab or schools of Islam which are Shaafi for the east Africa and Maliki for the West Africa. Other than that, many of them are the members of Sunni but some have converted themselves to Shia’s school as influence form the Iran. In addition, another element of the community is inter-faith relationship among people. They do not separate of segregate themselves from people of others faith. They still do some gestures just like other non-Muslims are doing such as shake hands, hugs and kisses in order to greet people even with the non-Mahram. This is because are quite influenced by the culture and trend of the African American people.

From the above facts, Malaysian business can learn something that very essential that must be done in the business. They must have very good infrastructure in order to be able to dominate the Malaysian market share. It is a basic for each firm to have excellent infrastructure. Without it, the business will not be able to run very well.
The companies must have skilled labor or employees, plant or working place that follow safety standard, access to cheap and quality raw material and innovative research and development. They also should apply the effectiveness and efficiency in every step of value chain process in order to reduce the cost. When the product gives better quality and cheaper price compared to other giant companies, automatically, the consumer will shift their preference from conventional products to Islamic products
