Cassie Mossart walked down the dimly lit hanger searching for her ship. She had a mission in only six hours and she needed to make sure everything was fully operational. She had a duty as a Protectorate Captain.
Cassie wasn't just any Captain, she was an Admiral Captain. Her rank put her above other Captains. She had a mission to complete. Cassie was short with her hair in a chopped layered look. She was letting it grow out so that she could wear it in a bun like other Admiral Captains. She had just been assigned her rank a few days ago.
Cassie had to go to the planet Delta and investigate complaints placed by its people. There was also rumors of Delta having and alliance with G.L.O.B.E.
G.L.O.B.E. was the Protectorate's new enemy. G.L.O.B.E. stood for "Group Liberty Of The Begotten Enemies". Two days ago Cassie liberated the savage planet Joheaver from the Communist government that enslaved it. Two days ago General Constant Hopefar had announced Joheaver's alliance with G.L.O.B.E. when Cassie tried to reach a diplomatic solution with the Dragon Wing. The Dragon Wing was the massive carrier-ship that was used as a Capital City for the Communist United Joheaveran Empire.
Unfortunately, Cassie was unable to reach reason with the city-ship and had no choice but to shoot it down. Cassie had however was able to convince Batya Amber --former Warg leader-- to get the civilians out of the range of fire.
Cassie saw her ship. The Red Baron was Cassie's elite ship. The ship was a large bomber. It was nearly 500 feet tall and was a bright red color. The words "The Red Baron" were inscribed into the side of the ship with gold paint in big, swirly letters.
Cassie entered her docked ship and was almost at once greeted by the ...

...arwari base. Her real name was Annalise Jones, but no one knew that.
"Where's Noel?" Cassie asked.
"Right here," said a voice from behind her.
Cassie turned around to look at the blond Rojan who was smiling politely at her Captain and waiting for her orders. Noel Mictetel was Cassie's weapon specialist. She looked like most other Rojans. She was tall and very pale with blond hair and blue eyes. She could also shoot anything from any distance.
"We leave soon," Cassie said.
"Alright,"
"Right, let's get ready." Grace said.
"Uh, Grace, I'm the Captain."
"Right, right, of course." Grace said, blushing.
"Come on, let's go," Cassie said.
They followed Cassie into the ship and began their jobs of launching the ship.
The launched and soon left the Protectorate. It would take nearly a whole day of hyperspace travel before they'd reach Delta.
Hollybrass, and blames it on charlotte. On page 188 it said, “ Mr. Hollybrass had to die. No one could possibly believe I would do such a thing. ...of you with all her deepest opinions about every event the book contained. Cassie, as an innocent rose, was naive until the day she has experienced racism, or as the day where the innocent rose has grown thrones. Her innocence was gone as she stated that that day was the worst day of her entire life. Cassie hasn’t understood many things of why they had to live differently than others, of why Mr. Simms and other whites treated her the way they did, she hasn’t completely understood all that until the day where Mama was faced with no choice, but to explain it to her. Cassie sneaking and attentively listening to conversations she wasn’t supposed to hear provided the readers with additional information and informed readers how hard times where for the family.

On its voyage the Fitzgerald skippered by Captain McSorley, was closely followed by Captain Cooper of the S.S. Arthur M. Anderson which was another cargo carrying ship. Captain McSorley radioed Captain Cooper saying “Anderson, this is the Fitzgerald. I have sustained some topside damage. I have a fence rail laid down, two vents lost or damaged, and a list. I'm checking down. Will you stay by me till I get to Whitefish?" (McCall). The storm had begun to do damage to the Fitzgerald and things were starting to go south hastily. For being the most technologically advanced ship of its day the Fitzgerald managed to lose both of its two radar systems, making it difficult to traverse the waters. Radar allowed the ship to find shallow spots in the water and any other obstacles they may have needed to try to
