Contentment is defined as the acknowledgement of reaching to a certain degree of satisfaction. It can also be described as acquiring a certain level of capacity to someone 's needs. The level of capacity reached may also be sought after, expected, desired, or simply predetermined as the level in which provides contentment. Contentment may be considered as synonymous with happiness but is more basic or prior to happiness that can be derived from outer achievement or self improvement. Contentment is basically a way of accepting one 's life being satisfied or grateful with it. It may even be argued that an attitude towards a specific situation could lead to more positive outcomes as a result of the relaxation.
