Ques1. A reflected account waist on comparing and contrasting your own experiences skills and behaviors with those required by graduate employers?
Ans. In the current scenario the graduate employers are supposed to be effective and efficient the graduate employer should be obedient enough to follow the norms and rules of an organization they should be open minded attitude. In an individuals life the purpose of accomplishing the ambition of life is different according to person to person. There are different hurdles that an individual has to face and manage them in best possible way. To get a carrier in life, utilization of employability skills as well as academic accomplishment is required by an individual
After comparing all the aspects in me I have found that the experiences skills and behaviors that are evaluated by the graduate employers are the critical thinking skills, the problem solving skills, oral writing and inter personal communication skills, the ability to locate, organize and evaluate information from various sources, appreciation of diversity and individual differences, potential for continues learning and professional development, innovation and creativity, and customer care, the ability to apply your knowledge and skills in real world, teamwork, time management, emotional intelligence and team management.
The skills which I have are-:
1. The problem solving skills- when there is some kind of problems between the workers working under me I have the ability to solve their problems using my skills.
2. Oral writing and inter personal communication skills- this is an another important skill which one should have so that he is able to solve the problems which may take place as his work place e.g. Once there was a fig...

But all of this is only possible if I secure good marks in my graduation and for that I am studying really hard. My aim also lies in the fact that I should get a good percentage at the end of my semester. All of the goals are set in a manner to which my dreams can be achieved. All of this is possible only after the self-evaluation test which gave me the result of all my positive and negative aspects of my personality and my working style.
However, the utmost aim is to become successful in Human Resource Management and this is only achievable if I continuously grasp and learn from my current working environment. It would help me to nurture myself towards a better professional path. And hence, my SMART targets are to accomplish small achievable targets which collectively will enable me to move towards the big goal efficiently and effectively.
