I have reviewed the information provided and have chosen three codes from different fields that I believe will help us to make an exceptional code of ethics.

The most important one is that these codes emphasize the primary job responsibilities of a professional. Most ethical issues arise when employees handle their responsibilities unprofessionally or refuse to give quality service (Resnick, 2011). Members of the computer society are obligated through their code of ethics to prioritize integrity, continuity of computing, conflict of interest, honesty, and competence. These form the daily life of a computer professional. The code of ethics of all information workers emphasizes on their responsibility to ensure that they have availed maximum access to resources and have not discriminated against anything or anyone. This is their core responsibility that they deliver their duties effectively, fast, competently and informing clients of a possible conflict of interest. Finally, the code of ethics for professional journalists requires them to search the truth and report only the truth. It then lists several possible loopholes in which during their work journalists can go astray or show any kind of unprofessionalism. Therefore the first similarity is that all the codes of conduct emphasize on ethical delivery of work. The second important similarity is emphasizing on collaboration in work. Codes of conduct give guidelines and support collaboration at the work place (Resnick, 2011).
