Our research group has to agree that implementation of cloud computing to PCB companies can be done within the next few years because the IT industry being used by PCB companies will drastically change as the research group knows. Most or some employees may not fully understand the concepts or even grasp the basics of cloud computing in this present era but it takes time for them to learn. Personnel of PCB companies especially upper managers would expect good results and benefits both financial and technical from cloud computing in this fast moving years run by society depending on tons of IT platforms. Managers and employees would expect a statement from favorable to high ratio of profit to budget. The business model of PCB companies are based on helping managers and employees on how to move efficiently and effectively while saving costs and earn more profit to improve productivity and sales. The IT industry will still develop and invent a lot of ways to help people from individuals at their homes to every employee at worldwide companies. In the future, there may be innovations and inventions better than cloud computing and better ways of assistance to it. Cloud computing could wipe out traditional IT service providers because for PCB companies, the coming services wave will be very disruptive. More customers and consumers will demand more PCBs, integrated circuits (IC), solders, coppers, and other electrical and electronic components needed. PCB companies need raw materials like copper, paper, epoxy and glass fibers to keep up with the growing demands. Cloud computing has many applications that show great promise, but also far from proving that cloud can deliver. In the meantime, the research group will monitor the progress and evolution of PCB companies of using their IT systems. Achieving an integrated IT platform with cloud computing that serves numerous business markets is difficult but not extremely impossible for realization. It will take a true commitment and concerted effort by the PCB companies to achieve better and efficient IT system to reach their ideal goals and ultimately achieve their ultimate vision.

To understand how cloud computing can be of value to an organization, it is important to us that we understand the cloud and its components. There are three different types of cloud computing services referred to as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS). IaaS delivers cloud computing infrastructure servers, storage, network and operating systems as an on-demand service. SaaS is about software deploying over the Internet. PaaS allows a creation of web applications without the complexity of buying and maintaining the software and infrastructure. In this paper, I will suggest that Innovartus Technology Inc should use IaaS as a replacement for PaaS because IaaS is a rapidly developing field with resources such as better services, cost variability, utility pricing model and dynamic scaling.
Cloud computing is able to increase the speed of business. Cloud computing offers the speed to make computing resources on an instance basis, not just need to first survey time and skilled resources in design and implement infrastructure and applications to deploy and test it. Cloud computing shares the same concept as utility computing, in which all the computers are connected through a network and shared computing resources, such as computation, storage and services, over the network. Typically, there are three major models of cloud computing services on the market, which are software as a service (SaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and infrastructure as a service (IaaS).
