By letting the probation juveniles to choose the programs they want to attend could empower them and make them realized that they could also help themselves. These are weaknesses that I need to practice more in order to be an effective and efficient social worker. I am a work in progress, I learn from my mistakes and weaknesses, and I work towards making them my strengths.
