Brief Summary of John F. Kennedy´s Life

Throughout the twentieth century, there were vigorous leaders and inauspicious leaders. One of the top leaders happen to be John Fitzgerald Kennedy of the United States of America. John Fitzgerald Kennedy very prosperous leader was his speeches that he gave to the american people and to the world trying to make the world a much higher quality place to live. He also asked the american people “Ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country.” John Fitzgerald Kennedy was born May 29, 1917 in Brookline, Ma. He was born into a very wealthy family the Fitzgerald and the Kennedy’s, both were prominent Irish Catholic families. JFK was the second oldest out of 9 siblings which they were all extraordinary siblings, and from Eunice Kennedy founding the Special Olympics, Robert Kennedy being a U.S. Attorney General, and Ted Kennedy was one of the most persuasive senators in American History. But other than all of them being substantial to the Government they remained close-knit and supportive of each other throughout their unified lives. JFK attended a Catholic boys boarding school in New Milford, Connecticut called Canterbury, where exceeded in English and history but nearly flunked out of Latin, which he did not have any interest. After he got out of Canterbury he went on to Choate, which is an exclusive Connecticut preparatory school. After graduating from Choate and went to Princeton University for one semester then in 1936 Kennedy transferred to Harvard University. While he was there he was proving to be an average student due to his interest in sports and women. He was also very popular with his classmates at Harvard. President John Fitzgerald Kennedy was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald, a former Marine with Soviet sympathies, he fired at the car hitting the president twice, once in the neck, and in the back of his skull. JFK was pronounced dead at Parkland Memorial Hospital shortly after getting shot 2 times to the Lower neck and Upper skull. Then two days, after JFK’s assassination Lee Harvey Oswald was assassinated by Jack Ruby a Dallas Nightclub owner. “To the American public, as well as his first historians, John F. Kennedy is a hero and was a visionary politician who, of not for his untimely death, may have averted the political and social turmoil of the late 1960s.” After John F. Kennedy was buried his wife Jackie Kennedy said, “There’ll be great Presidents again, and the Johnsons are wonderful, they’ve been wonderful to me, but there’ll never be another Camelot again.”
