Should we eating apple every day?. An apple is common in everywhere and an apple has special hidden; in apple has many benefits of nutrient such as vitamin, mineral, Flavones’ and fiber. The benefits of vitamins have many a lot such as vitamin C, which can help to form collagen and also an important for antioxidant. Many people may not know Flavones’; Flavones’ is the largest group of Phenolic compounds. Phenolic compounds found in vegetables and fruits; Phenolic has effect as an antioxidant and anti-cancer. Eating apple everyday can help reduce risks of cancer, obesity and cardiovascular disease.

First, an apple has benefit in preventing cancer. Apple component have potent anti-cancer substance; antioxidant, fiber that resulted in cancer cell death. In their investigation of diet and cancer, Michael van Straten and Barbara Griggs (2006) suggested this view:

In 1982, the US National Cancer Institute (NCI) published a watershed report summarizing the evidence for the diet-cancer link. The report also made recommendations that included eating more fruit, vegetables, and whole grains,

Phenolic compounds are major group of Flavones’; Flavones’ have effect of protection for body in antioxidant more than vitamin C and vitamin E; moreover, Flavones’ can help blood vessels dilation. Apples are known for their health benefits and are now found to have potential for fighting cancer and booster the effect of chemotherapy drugs. Fresh apples and apple extract that can fight inflammation and can inhibit spread of cancer; in addition, reduce the chances of cancer metastasis and even lead to cell death in liver cancer, breast cancer and colon cancer. As the result, all of component of apple have more benefits for health. Eating whole apple can prevent cancer.

Fat is a member of the class of compounds called lipids. The lipids in foods and in the human body include triglycerides, phospholipids, and sterols. The most common fat is broken down into two types; HDL or High-Density-lipoprotein and LDL or Low-Density-lipoprotein. The different between HDL and LDL has implication for health of the heart and blood vessels. Improve LDL concentration in the blood are associated with high risk of heart attack, and improve HDL concentration are associated with low risk.
