Being a Leader

Be a leader and not a follower. Too many people want to always follow others. The reason probably why Americans is so far behind is because there one to lead. We have the work ethics to get things done. But the spirit of laziness has taking control of the people. Every day we want any and everything to get easily handed to us on a silver platter. Other countries are leading in the productive industries. We never tend to finish things we find difficult because it then become a prosaic task to our schedule.
Throughout high school I along with my peers considered me as a great leader in the school. It was freshmen year when I started to get in such bold leadership. Running for class president was a big thing to do in high school. Especially, in a public school with over 900 students enrolled. Till today some ask me the question, “How come?” Their concern was about how I could take the role of people looking at me every day as a school leader.
Therefore, while leading other there are these reputations people set up. Most reputations are based upon the judgmental opinions of people who probably once followed the leader. A leader must be sure and aware of the needs of others to fulfill. A wise professor once said, “We cannot please everyone!” Majority of the people who we lead going to want one thing. While the other percentile group going to want something else. The leader duty is to provide the need of the group with the greatest number always.

In contribute to the information thus far giving; being a leader can have it pros and cons. Often leadership can be just like management a business. We have to lose some things to gain a profit or a health growth in character. When looking deeply in the word of God, o...

... that plan, the vision of the plan would not make it too far. A leader must be able to handle their position the correct way when complete tasks. For instance, a class president must not lack in planning activities for the student who paid their dues. If a leader have students who was paying their dues but not given nothing back to them in return not displaying the role of correct leadership. It is a difference when the leader and his/her supporting team are developing activities to do throughout the year but none not being approved by school officials. As leaders, it's scary to admit when we don't have all the answers to give to the organization.
