Hence, it can be said that creating value for customers will help to surpass competitors resulting in Competitive advantage. The sports bar will have a good balance between capital and labour intensive. However, so as to reduce labour costs, the Beer Garden will employ workers with lower skills attributes but knowledge in the sector will be required. Afterwards, the staff members will be trained. So as to obtain a flexible and multi-skilling staff members, job enrichment will be made resulting in an increase in productivity and efficiency. This means that greater responsibilities will be given to the staff members. These responsibilities will include:
